“The online description shows as English speaking but the tour was not in English at all. Luckily I had friends with me who were able to roughly translate even tho they also couldn’t fully understand the tour guide. When confronting the organizer about the false information online, he admitted it was there but made it seem like it was not a problem. He also just stopped replying to me. Terrible customer service. He over charged us and we didn’t even get the full experience we paid for. Use a different tour service.”
